About Fritz. Born in Sainte-Anne, Guadeloupe, he is a French-certified architect who has led his own firm for several decades. His work is defined by a constant pursuit of balance between aesthetics, functionality, and simplicity, reflecting a deep commitment to minimalism. Believing that elegance lies in essentials, he has developed a refined and enduring architectural signature. His projects have been featured in numerous French and English-language publications across the Caribbean. An ambivert by nature, he blends introspection, discretion, and attentive listening with a natural ability to connect, mentor, and inspire. This balance has shaped a career that is both creative and people-centered, grounded in action and purpose. Since joining Rotary International in 2000, he has built a distinguished record of service. He has served twice as club president, three times as assistant governor, and as co-chair of a district literacy committee. He has also presented impactful projects at district conferences and participated in numerous district and international Rotary events. A dedicated member of the Rotary Club of Pointe-à-Pitre, he has held key roles in public image, diversity equity and inclusion, membership, and The Rotary Foundation. He also served as a learning facilitator, supporting the development of future Rotarians. In November 2024, he was selected by District 7030 to lead an online training session on the Annual Fund and the evolution of the District Designated Fund, reflecting strong confidence in his leadership, strategic insight, and ability to simplify complex topics. A committed supporter of The Rotary Foundation, he is a Major Donor, Benefactor, and charter member of the PolioPlus Society of District 7030. He has served on the District’s Annual Fund subcommittee from 2025 to 2026, helping to educate and inspire philanthropic engagement with extraordinary and historical results. Since July 1st, 2026, he serves as Chair of the District Annual Fund Committee, District Paul Harris Society coordinator and District 7030 Foundation Chair through 2029.
