As is the custom at all District Conferences, the Conference Committee will make arrangements to collect Rotarians and their partners-in-service/guests at the airport on arrival and provide transportation to the airport on departure. They will also provide transportation to and from the conference centre, located at the Grenada Grand Beach Resorts, especially for those registered at the recommended conference hotels.
Please ensure you complete the travel information correctly - Airline, Flight Number, Arrival Date, Arrival Time, Departure Date, Departure Time.
