To apply for Award:
- Interact Club completes the following questionnaire to show their achievements. Clubs that score at least 40 points, out of a possible 75, qualify for the 2022-23 Zone Award. The answers to all questions, above, are subject to The Four Way Test!
- Completed form is reviewed and “signed” by the sponsoring Rotary Club president to certify the Interact Club’s achievement. The club president may forward the completed form by email from his/her email account; this meets the requirement to “sign” the application.
- The form is then sent by March 31, 2023, to your District Interact Chair to “sign”, certifying the club is in good standing. Do not send form to Rotary International!
- District Interact Chair emails the signed form to Zone 34 Rotary Coordinator MikeHDarragh@gmail.com by April 15, 2023. District Interact Chair may forward the completed form by email from his/her email account; this meets the requirement of the District Chair “signing” the award. LATE APPLICATIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
- Award certificates will be returned to the District Governors and District Interact Chairs by May 1, 2023.
