Zone 34 Interact Award

• Interact Club completes the following questionnaire to show their achievements. Clubs that score at least 35 points, out of a possible 60, qualify for the 2021-22 Zone Award. The answers to all questions below are subject to The Four Way Test!
• Completed form is reviewed and signed by the sponsoring Rotary Club president to certify the Interact Club's achievement.
• The form is then sent by March 31, 2022, to your District Governor to sign, certifying the club is in good standing. Do not send form to Rotary International!
• District Governor emails the signed form to Zone 34 Rotary Coordinator MikeHDarragh@gmail.com by April 15, 2022. Governor may forward the completed form by email from his/her official account. This meets the requirement of the Governor “signing” the award.
• Award certificates will be returned to the Governors by May 1, 2022. 

Prix Interact de Zone 34

• Le Club Interact remplit le questionnaire suivant pour montrer ses réalisations. Les clubs qui obtiennent au moins 35 points, sur un total possible de 60, peuvent prétendre au Prix 2021-22 de la Zone. Les réponses à toutes les questions ci-dessous sont soumises au Critère des Quatre Questions !
• Le formulaire rempli est relu et signé par le Président du Club Rotary parrain pour certifier la réalisation du club Interact.
• Le formulaire est ensuite envoyé avant le 31 mars 2022 à votre Gouverneur de District pour signature, certifiant que le club est en règle. N'envoyez pas le formulaire au Rotary International!
• Le Gouverneur de District envoie avant le 15 avril 2022 par email le formulaire signé au Coordinateur du Rotary de la Zone 34 MikeHDarragh@gmail.com. Le Gouverneur peut transmettre le formulaire rempli par courriel à partir de son compte officiel. Cela répond à l'exigence de "signature" de la distinction par le Gouverneur.
• Les Certificats d'attribution seront retournés aux Gouverneurs pour le 1er mai 2022.
