A healthy nation is a growing nation.

Recognizing that practicing a healthy lifestyle starts with the youth, in June 2017, RC Antigua initiated a partnership with the Medical Benefits Board and Mt. St. John Medical Centre and offered one hundred and twenty-three (123) students from the Five Islands Primary School the opportunity for BMI Screening and Blood Sugar Level Testing.

Participating students were from Grades 4, 5 and 6 and at the conclusion of the initiative there were a total of ten (10) referrals, only one of which was an emergency case.
