The Rotary Club of San Fernando‑South proudly celebrated the creativity of Pleasantville Secondary School students through our Peace Through My Eyes Art Challenge.

On Friday, 18 September, President Stephanie Cozier, Peace Project Chair Debbie Roopchand, and Principal Marsha Sookhoo judged the entries from Form 1 and 2 students, who were invited to depict “What Peace Means to Me” through drawing, painting, collage, or digital art. Each piece reflected the students’ vision of peace in their lives and communities, and we commend all who participated for their talent and imagination.

At today’s Peace Pole installation ceremony, the top three winners were recognized and presented with certificates and prizes:

• 3rd Place: Jasmine Jerome
• 2nd Place: Christianna D’Abreau
• 1st Place: Christy‑Rose Samuel
