In recognition and celebration of Rotary Foundation's Centennial, Zone 34 and the other zones across the world, have launched a new video promotion. All Rotarians are asked to participate and send in a video vignette telling their Rotary story. All submissions will be posted and shared online.

Rotarians are asked to send a sixty (60) second (max) video highlighting their personal Rotary Story. Tell people about your Rotary ‘eureka’ or
‘epiphany’ moment – the time when you feel you truly became a Rotarian, or that you felt you made a real difference to the world. We all have a story to tell, however humble. Just a shot of you talking into the camera is fine, you don’t need fancy cutaways or special effects.

The promotion centers on 100 years / 100 videos / 100 minutes to celebrate and commemorate the Foundation Centennial. While there are no prizes for this, the Zone will select the top 100 videos to be put together as one 100 minute Zone 34 video. Rotarians from all Districts are encourage to participate where upon reaching the 100-video target, PRID Robert Hall will show the 100 minutes at the Convention in Atlanta. The best of the best will be included if we have more than the number, but, ALL submissions will be showcased on social media.

You can shoot it with your phone or tablet or get it done with a video camera. The important thing is the message, not the media. And it's OK to do the video in French or Dutch.

When you have completed your video, notify Sheila Bethel from Zone 34 and a link for upload will be forwarded to you. Please ensure your name and District/Club are clearly noted in the title.

Deadline: Videos to be sent before March 31, 2017.
