Conference Registration
The District 7030 Conference Registration is an online registration process designed for capturing information on members registration, travel information, hotel information, partner-in-service activity bookings and payment type information.
Before starting registration, you should read the associated information on Hotels, Travel, Partner-In-Service Activities and Payment Information.
The following should be noted:
- If you already have a clubrunner signon i.e. userid and password, then use that login and the registration form will be populated with your personal information automatically. If you do not have a have a clubrunner signon, then ignore that and enter information as requested on the form.
- In order to process quickly there is minimum validation in the system. Please pay special attention to the data that you enter such as name, club details, travel information, credit card numbers and dates, etc. CHECK each page carefully before proceeding to the next page.
- If you are registering a partner in service or guest, then complete both sides of the form.
- The registration payment process is offline therefore you are ONLY submitting information so that the Conference Registration Secretariat can complete the payment process.
- ONLY VISA and MASTERCARDS are accepted.
- If payment is by CHECK/CHEQUE it MUST be a Bankers Draft.
- The last page of the registration process allows you to select your payment type - if paying by credit card, select either the .pdf form or the MS Word form. Thee .pdf form can be email directly to the conference secretariat <select email form> but it cannot be saved, it can only be printed. If you wish to save the form, use the MS Word form, save it to your personal folder and then launch your email and attach the save document and send it to mailto:district7030conference2013@hotmail.com
- No fees will be shown for hotel registration, only enter the number of room nights i.e. 4 nights, you are booking (hotel registration dates will default to your arrival and departure dates use for travel). The conference secretariat will book reserve your hotel and members are responsible for payment on arrival and departure at the hotel.
- Additional tickets for the banquet can be purchased for USD$60 and can be ordered online at registration time and paid for at that time as well.
- Remember to complete your payment information and then select SAVE REGISTRATION - when you select save registration it will probably ask you if you are paying by check... IGNORE this and select OK and proceed to Return To Homepage.
On successful completion of the registration process, an email with all the details will be sent to the conference secretariat and copied to the email address that you provided. Your registration will have an automatic generated registration number that you should use in any communication on your registration.
You can register and leave your travel information and Hotel Information to a later date, on the return email that is sent to you with registration, you will have a link that will allow you to MODIFY REGISTRATION - by clicking on this link you will be directed to your registration and you will be allowed to update the exisiting registration and submit again.
