Rotaract brings together young leaders ages 18 and over to take action in their communities and develop leadership skills while having fun. Your committee promotes Rotaract by: - Connecting young leaders to other Rotary experiences such as Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA). - Promoting opportunities for Rotaract members to partner with Rotary clubs on service projects. - Encouraging clubs to sponsor a Rotaract club. For district Rotaract committees, Rotary International recommends that the district Rotaract chair (a Rotarian) and the district Rotaract representative (a Rotaractor) co-chair the committee. Also, the committee should have an equal number of Rotarians and Rotaractors Learn more in the Rotaract Handbook.
