These &ldquo\;men tors&rdquo\; (from both inside and outside of Rotary) will provide informa tion and inspiration for those in attendance seeking self-exploration\, se lf-improvement and ultimately seeking employment or viable entrepreneurial prospects. Monthly topics will vary from direct\, self-help conversations to hands-on skill development processes and each month professionals will be available to discuss specific topics with attendees. The program kicks off on 09th December 2020 at 12:00/01:00 p.m. with an overview of the ser ies\, where exactly how &ldquo\;Rotary Works&rdquo\; operates and how it w ill support our members will be outlined and discussed. Additional session s and topics under this program include the following:\n\n \n\n\n\n \n \n \n \n \n \n January 13th\n \n \n - Vocation\, Evaluation\, and Opportunities\n \n \n \n \n February 10th\n \n \n - Bu ilding Your Personal Brand\n \n \n \n \n March 10th\n \n \n - Essential Tech Tools for Marketability\n \n \n \n \n April 14 th\n \n \n - So You Want to be Your Own Boss?\n \n \n\n\n \n\nThe second program &ndash\; Zone Job Board &ndash\; will launch in sometime in April/May 2020 and serve as a resource where users will be able to search for employment opportunities\, post open positions\, request a mentor\, b ecome a mentor\, and find valuable and relevant career transition resource s.\n\n \n\nFinally\, the third program establishes an Impact Fund which is designed to assist Rotarians and Rotaractors in Zones 33 and 34 who may h ave experienced financial stress due to career transition. It provides suc h individuals an opportunity to apply for a one-time grant of US$500.
